The Human Body

A new three term course

Editorially supervised by Rabbi Dr Harris and designed in-house, the course will run over three terms of six weeks each.  It will begin by looking at issues regarding organ donation and will continue with the Jewish debates surrounding medical intervention and cloning.  This course is exclusive to the Hampstead Synagogue website.
 
This course is designed to give you only a flavour of the topics.  It will not conclude with halachic (Jewish legal) rulings.

Term 1 - Organ Donation

  • Week 4 - What is the Jewish attitude towards “opting out” and why?
