Cheder

The Hampstead Synagogue Cheder classes take place at "The St. John's Wood and Hampstead Regional Centre", located at St John's Wood United Synagogue.

This is a vibrant centre of Jewish learning for children from 3-12 years, as well as a post-Bar and -Bat Mitzvah class for teenagers who wish to study for GCSE Jewish Studies.

Under the guidance of Dayan Ivan A. Binstock and Rabbi Dr. Michael J. Harris, headteacher Mr. Ezra Allen leads a motivated and experienced team of teachers who provide a rich and varied curriculum for our children.

Classes are held each Sunday at the St. John's Wood Synagogue, with many of the special festival activities held at Hampstead.
