Do we find it difficult to forgive?
There are times when we feel angry, rejected and hurt, and forgiveness eludes us. Learning to forgive liberates us to pursue relationships and life more creatively.
Through interactive discussion and examples taken from literature, Jewish and political sources we will examine different aspects of forgiveness.
This informal workshop is open to both men and women, who are interested in exploring this important dimension of being human.
Mickey Yudkin lectured at the Faculty of Lifelong Learning at the School of Psychological Sciences at Birkbeck College, University of London.
Mickey has provided professional development courses for many therapists, clients and groups, taking an integrative approach to her workshops. Her wider interests include Philosophy, Literature and Music which she brings to bear in her teaching.
