Danielle Gedalla – Scholar In Residence

Danielle Gedalla is our Scholar in Residence for the forthcoming Jewish year.

We are excited that we have appointed a talented younger scholar in order to help foster a new generation of Orthodox female Torah scholars.

Danielle is an experienced Mathematics teacher at Merchant Taylors’ School with a love for learning and teaching Torah.  She is a graduate of Queens’ College, University of Cambridge and studied for a year in Israel at Michlelet Mevaseret Yerushalayim Seminary.

Danielle helped establish and regularly speaks at the new Edgware Yeshurun YAM minyan, a Modern Orthodox minyan for young people in Edgware. She has taught Torah to a wide variety of audiences and is a graduate of the well-known Susi Bradfield Educational Leadership Course at the London School of Jewish Studies (LSJS).

Danielle lives with her husband Mordechai and baby daughter Batya in Edgware.
